Our four-semester, brief-residency MFA in Writing offers • An intellectually stimulating and emotionally supportive educational experience • Unparalleled flexibility and individually tailored graduate study • A diverse and close-knit community of faculty and students Each semester begins with a 10-day residency in Louisville or abroad,* after which students return home to study one on one with a faculty mentor by correspondence. Students may customize the location, season, and pace of their studies. The same amount of writing is required in each option. *The summer residency abroad takes place in such locations
