In your query letter, please include a bio, publishing history for this project (if any), and other previous publications.

The Del Sol Poetry Prize (for a book-length manuscript of poetry) has a deadline in Winter of each year. Of course we welcome unsolicited submissions to this contest. Please Note: Poetry manuscripts are read only through our annual Del Sol Poetry Prize contest. We do not read poetry manuscripts outside of this contest.

Our advice is to examine the type of work we publish. Our poets and authors are unique and accomplished writers. We would never consider any type of literary work that is not exceptionally original and well written.
