We welcome Katie Farris, Assistant Editor of our intrepid Poetry Editor Ilya Kaminsky to the largest issue yet.  This issue of IPR is, in my opinion, fantastic. And what a bargain! Loaded with goods hand-crafted from the finest material. In one bin we have fiction of immense diversity, in the other poetry carefully knit with skeins of genius. All for free!

Anyway, we worked our little fingers to the bone putting this issue out, so anyone who reads what I've posted here write with feedback for the editors and especially for any writer whose work has moved you, impressed you, or pissed you off.
